Ain't a Heroine

I'm not trying to change the world for you. I'm just trying to make it easier to live in, in case the train send you back.
The journey of life is always rocking. You, me and they... we will stumble too.
I'm not judging you.
I'm not trying to be your mother.
I'm not perfect either...
and never i claim to be.
The happiest of people just make the most of everything that comes their way.
Happiness lies for those who cry, those who hurt, those who have searched, and those who have tried; for only we can appreciate the importance of people who have touched our lives.
I'm not changing you.
I'm not trying to be your Heroine.
But i have ride the train in multiple directions.
You, me and they... We just don't want to live in regret.
For not sharing the train path and change the lane when truth met.

Competing With Ourselves
Well I think the vital is to do the best as a person. The only contender we have is ourselves. And the only person that we need to race with is US. What is needed is the longing for improvement and advancement.
And the best way to learn and grow is from the failures.
If someone plays the guitar way better than us, think highly for their achievement. Grab the opportunity to learn from them with an open heart.
I do not try to dance better than anyone else. I only try to dance better than myself. -Mikhail Baryshnikov
What are your thoughts?
All my friends are getting married... I'm just getting awesome.
All my friends are earning way better than me... I'm just smiling.
All my friends are driving a bigger car... Hey, can i have a ride? :)
We are all destined for greatness. It is yet to come.

Apa Khabar?
If you could hear all the prayers I pray for you and the many times I ask Allah to protect you, you'd know how much I care. When I think of you, I always hope your life is just the way you want it, that you are looking forward to each day with a grateful, open heart, and that you are happy.

The 'I'
I have worked with so many people before. But never i came accross with such centered-egoistic boss. His ego that ate the happiness of coming to work and has spreaded to the whole division....Someone who considered himself the most talented guy in the whole WORLD. *pftt
You know how they say there are no bad ideas? But that’s not true for him. All the ideas are bad ideas except gor his...YES, for the guy who held in his hands the fate of my career.
You can pretty much imagine how my life would be now.
i'm sad.
How i wish i can start sending my resume around...

Wakeup!
Something is wrong, perhaps I could restore your mind on the friendship we shared - the time we cared, the one who made it right, the one who was there for you on those cold nights… I’m the one who held you when the world came down on you… and whose love never stops.
In case you forgot... I was there when you fell cause I care.
Remember, we all stumble, every one of us. That’s why it is a comfort to go hand in hand.

The Q&A
Me: No. I'm not. I'm just attracted to very few. Seriously, I'm not picky. Ok... yeah, it is not an easy thing for me to fall for someone. Perhaps its all because of the past...it has taught me a lot about love and man. I know what i want now. Why?
He: Idk, its been one hell of hard time to please your wish. I still think that you are really fussy.
Me: *LOL* NOOOOOOO! I went out with few guys before this. I enjoyed many of my dates and even made some good male friends through the process, but no one in particular stood out enough as far as going together on a steady basis. The path doesn't crossed. But when I look back, I realize that its a learning field and I am so glad I went through that.
He: Or you are comparing your date to your ex? I guess before S* started treating you badly, there had to be some good times together.
Me: Of course we had many good memories together. But I refused to let him make me hate ALL men! I paid attention to the character of a person. To tell you the truth, I can easily fall for someone with a strong character and a smart man.
He: So do you think i'm smart enough?
Me: i dont see the relevance here.
He: Come on babe. What's the criteria?
Me: I need someone who aligns with who I really am and with what I really enjoy. Again, someone with strong character and smart. Someone who is caring and funny... and last but not least, his commitment to do righteousness.
He: Do you think i'm your ideal man?
He: You are really choosy...
Me: TQ. I take it as a compliment. ;)

Marriage is icing on the cake, but you should at first care more about finding the RIGHT person rather than about where it is headed immediately after you meet.

In The Mood: Party Planning! (Part II)
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY DEAREST BRO, AYIE@AZRI."HAPPY 21st BIRTHDAY TO YOU!
MAY YOUR WISHES ALL COME TRUE & ALL THE BEST...
xoxo
Nothing much is being done today for this Saturday party. I guess Monday is always been a busy day for all... just another manic day. Or perhaps, we are still in our weekend mood where snoozing the alarm clock can be something that is difficult to preclude... something delicious and counting the hair in front of the TV is beyond amazing.
But regardless we just can't put the rhythm going down... even with just a little add-ons. So to keep it moving, let's plan for the games!
I realized the only way to add some flavor and spice to the birthday party that we will be hosting, is to have a great party games. Well wow, there are way too many sites that can help us with the game search, and guide us to the best games available that will blend well with the theme.
Ok, I'm spoiled by choice. All i need is just something fun (but clean! - 'P.A.W') games that will liven up the party. Sounds so 'kacang'? Seriously, it ain't easy!
Well, even though great food and good company will always be a blast, what I really want (of course) is to throw games that the guest will rave about for years to come.
Now I have 5 in the list.
I guess i just have to familiarize myself with all the games in the upcoming days before the 'day' in question happens to plan accordingly.
Police entry one to jaga? (A police and thief, one to jaga).

In The Mood: Party Planning! (Part I)
My lil' brother is turning 21 tomorrow. Well okay, it is the day he can not only legally enters the club, but the day that all university students look forward to - their last passage into adulthood. The day that he turns into a real adult. Whatever that means - as decided by the world.
But really, how do he spend this occasion?
He might have in his dream world, hiring Bruno Mars for his gigantic birthday bash in some sparkly New York City club.
*slap*
But he don’t live in a dream world.
Although the reality of his 21st birthday may not sparkle in a New York City kinda way, I am not going to let that stop him from having one of the best nights of his life. The question of how to do it and not just do it, but do it well plagues ME.
Where should we throw the party? Does location even matter anymore, or is the night is just about having FUN?
Who should come? His close friends or anyone who somehow decides his birthday is important enough via the joke of a Facebook event they received? Do he invites the relatives to witness the madness? What if we just invite ourselves and call it a day? Or should he just spend his 21st birthday alone - now that would be interesting.
Should there be a theme? Hmm.
But seriously, when it comes to the sport of turning 21, what is a boy supposed to do? Or should it be a surprise party for him?
Maybe he should keep it innocent and kick it old-school style. I’m sure we can find some clowns to come make balloon animals and paint butterflies and kittens on his friends’ faces for the same price we may spend on the food. Or maybe we could do an assortment of games, including pin the tail on the donkey and balloon races! I’m sure that would make my parents proud!
Well before we start making plans to throw a gigantic bash or spend thousands of Ringgits, we just need to take several factors in - to carefully plan for his party so that we can save money and ensure that it will be an excellent occasion.
YEAH, we got the budget from FAMA! Its time to budget break down all the costs that are going to incur - site rental, food cost, favors, cake, decorations etc.
Whew. 60% done.
Let's think about a THEME that works for him. He wants it to be a formal 'Handsome and Gorgeous' night with a theme color. Well, its your day Azri! You have your say... (But frankly, the chosen color isn't just me!)
Now let's think about places that 'work'. (This is the toughest!)
1. Holiday Villa Subang - OK, but with our budget of around RM30-RM40 per pax, we can only get a High Tea. Formal theme and High Tea? NOPE! It just won't blend.
2. Laman Grill Steak & Bar-B-Que - The food is OK too. Sadly, they closed at 11pm and the food that will be served is very limited. Nah, not a good steal.
3. Tupai-Tupai Shah Alam - Though the price is such a great deal (approximately RM9/pax) but the theme doesn't 'dissolves' well to the restaurant's ambiance. So, CHOP-CHOP.
4. PINE 38 - Luxurious upper floor with marble tables fit for fine dining, sofas to lounge in, a pool table, and a bar corner serving non-alcoholic drinks? Ok, Definitely a nod. It just compliment the theme. Oops. How about the price? Ok, it's within FAMA budget. PINE 38, you got two nods from us!
26th March 2011, 8:00pm, PINE 38 Shah Alam - All White Party.
CONFIRMED!
I've prepared the invitation and now its ready to be distributed to the guess...

Guest? Who's coming? Err. Later!
How very fast the time has flown.

Tagged!
*Do you know that meme is actually pronounced "meem (rhymes with cream)". I bet ya all did and I'm the only muppet going around saying "me'-me'." Heh
So I was tagged by Adibah in her London Bridge is Falling Down post. Here how it goes:
1. Do you sing in the shower?
Most of the time! Its a habit. Idk why but our voice sounds better in there - the crisp echoes and reverberations. And to add, singing makes the bathing ritual a breeze, and an enjoyable thing to do. ;)
2. What song?
All time fav: Dia - Sheila Majid, Kasih - Hetty Koes Endang, You Light Up My Life Samantha Cole, Without You - Mariah Carey... Oh the list just goes on. What a confession! LOL.
3. Do you believe in love at first sight?
Love and attraction are two different things. I do believe in attraction at first sight. You can definitely see someone from across the room, like the way they look and want to meet them. After you meet, you could start dating which could eventually lead to falling in love, but I feel as if you can't truly love someone unless you know him or her. I'm sure it happens but probably very very very rarely. They are just born lucky.
4. What was the name of your first pet?
Black Dagger! I have Ailurophobia. But i love to see all the cute Persians.
5. What is the last movie that you saw at the cinema?
Black Swan. (A good catch. But in 5 years time, i don't think people are going to look back saying "Wow, remember that movie Black swan? It was amazing!")
6. If you could go anywhere in the world on vacation where would you go?
Venice, Sweeden, Budapest, Prague, Agra India and Maldives for a vacation. And for a place anywhere in the world that i really want to have a visit again would be Makkah and Madinah.
7. Are you a morning person or a night owl?
I'm a very morning person.
8. Do you always wear a seatbelt?
YES. But not when i'm driving around Shah Alam. ;)
9. What is your ringtone?
Default tone: David Guetta & Chris Willis ft Fergie - Gettin' Over You.
(Assigned tones to family and VVIP friends: Bryan Adams - Have You Ever Really Loved A Woman (Dad), Kenny Rogers - Through The Years (Mom), MC Magic - All My Life (Brother-Shafiq), Daughtry - Feels Like Tonight (Brother-Azri), Auburn - Perfect Two (Sister-Dolly), Telepopmusik - Breathe (Bosses+Colleagues), Lily Allen - Who'd Have Known (Asni), Lynn Anderson - Rose Garden (Iena), Sugarland - Stuck Like Glue (Alynn and Juju), Meiko - Reasons To Love You (Farah and Nini), Miley Cyrus -Stay (The rest of my girlfriends), Nelly - N Dey Say (Fawwaz), Garth Brooks - The Dance (King), Rob Thomas - Ever The Same (Shahrir), Babyface - Loneliness (Eman and Gonn), Gavin DeGraw - Chariot (Syazrul) and Lauryn Hill & Bob Marley - Turn Your Lights Down Low (Close guy friends)
*and i remember them all!
10. What curse word do you use the most?
Stupid. May blurted out the 'F' word at times when the angriness reached it maximum level.
11. Flip flops or sneakers?
Flip flops.
12. What color is your room?
Yellow and brown. I'm going to have a room makeover soon! Might be painting it with deep purple or just white. (Contemplating of having a Lulu Guinness inspired theme or a very rich sexy Moroccan style)
13. How many hours of sleep do you need to function?
At least a good sleep for 5 hours.
14. Are you picky about spelling and grammar?
Dieba, gotta agree with you. "Thats means" is so NO NO!
15. Do you sleep on your side, tummy, or back?
Right side
16. What is your favorite TV show?
Modern Family, GLEE and Desperate Housewives.
17. What is the weather like?
A cold Friday night.
Geminis are known for dual personalities. ;) Does that answer the question?
19. How often do you remember your dreams?
Definitely not the whole chunk of it. I'd be a great film director if i could.
20. Do you think people talk about you behind your back?
People will always talk about us especially when they envy us and the life we live. Let them. We affected their lives, they didn't affect ours! Don't be afraid to laugh. They might want us to fight back! But if we shrug it off, they might leave us alone.
-end-
So now, I tag:

Hats Off
“Tick Tock” is a short film by Len Chi originally made for Campus MovieFest at Emory University, that takes a look a young man trying to fufill his life’s highest potential with only five minutes left to live.
What would you do if you had only five minutes to live?
A 3 minute look back…
The first 90 seconds worth of apologies to family and friends. Reflecting on what I have said or done without realized that may have offended them. Each person is liable for their doings. I just have to take responsibility for what I did or said and accept that it was maybe upsetting to some. By apologizing, I am, most of all, healing myself, my life, the person, my relationship with the person, and the world.
The next 90 seconds would be to say thank you. To family & friends for the good times, the journey, the madness, the support, the understanding, the forgiveness, the encouragement and the guidance.
The next 60 seconds…
Tell my siblings to smile when they reach the mountain of success and don’t ever forget those that make them reach the top and those they meet along the voyage. I would tell my little brothers and sisters too that attitude far outweighs skills when it comes to living (skills can be learned). Wasted time is the greatest waste of all, look after the world around you since good planets are hard to find, embrace challenge and adventure since it will help you sleep better at night.
The final 60 seconds…
To look at my parents, siblings and close friends in their eyes and say, "I love you."
BUT we never know when we will die.
We go to sleep every night thinking that we will wake up the next morning. But we might not. Just as we don’t know what will happen tomorrow, we don’t know if we will be here to see tomorrow.
Close to a million people will die around the world every day. Most of them didn’t think that they were going to die. They didn’t think that it would happen to them or that it would have today.
We think the same.
I began to think a lot about this recently again after witnessing a car accident. The people in the accident left their house and got into the accident. Never have they known that it would be the last goodbye, the last kiss and the last smile. And now, they are gone, leaving behind their families and responsibilities.
What if that was me?
What if tomorrow never comes?
What would happen next?
insyaAllah.

What's Up, Doc?
This is about another Bug who has bloodsucking everybody in my Section and are biting his way through the whole Division, leaving unsuspecting victims with aching-emotional bites.
I came across this letter after getting another 'bite' from the Bug. Though not directly being 'bitten', but whenever another colleague got their 'bites', anyone can get an infestation of it, and this does not mean a lack of enthusiasm that has reflected in our work.
Be. Very. Afraid.
THE LETTER:
My Boss Is A Self-Serving Ego-Nightmare.
Dear Office-Politics,
My boss is a self-serving ego-nightmare at the cost of my self esteem. He had minimal previous experience in the field his post assumes, yet assumes he has has magically accumulated expert knowledge of every area of our function. He contradicts or disagrees with every opinion or comment we say to the point he constantly contradicts himself. He takes over ever meeting we attend.
Twice in the last 2 weeks he has chased out people who were helping me and taken over, only to make things worse. The last time he did this he made my problems worse and I had to wait until he went to a meeting so I could get the person who was helping me back so that I could complete my task.
He talks over people when they are talking but does it in a way that he says we interrupted him. I have 12 years+ experience, however anything I attempt to contribute is criticized extensively. He never says “hello” or “Did you have a nice weekend/holiday“. My work mate describes him as the rudest person she has ever worked for.
He is exceptionally moody, some days, such as last Monday, he systematically went to each of our desks and found a way to upset us. He never delivers on any of his promises. He gives all the interesting and high profile projects to one of the team (who was our most junior and by far least experienced), but he has positioned this person as the most high ranking. This person is an infamous brown noser and is very giggly and ‘touchy’ with him. They have lots of ‘whispering’ meetings at each others desks. I am sure this is not an affair, what I am sure is that she is providing him data about what the rest of us are doing, as he has slipped up a few times knowing things I have not told him. What is interesting is I have observed that he brown noses managers that are superior in position to him.
I used to deliver huge projects for a well known high tech firm and now I am working in the back ground doing menial tasks, I have to approve everything I do through him, this is a huge ‘demotion’ for me. I do critical jobs (when possible), in secret so that he does not make me constantly re-work them, such as helping other departments out.
My once loved job is now hell. I have considered moving and have had a couple of interviews but feel resentful that I should have to move. My other work mate is at their wits end also and has the identical observations I do, (from what I can see he treats this work mate worse than he treats me).
I know I should go to the HR department but I am terrified of losing my job as we have limited income at home. In the last round of layoffs they got rid of “trouble causers” (as termed by one manager), and many good people were let go.
Feeling trapped, losing my self esteem, please help.
Trapped
THE REPLY:
OFFICE-POLITICS REPLY BY DR. RICK BRANDON AND DR. MARTY SELDMAN
Dear Trapped,
Seriously, it’s so obvious that we hope you can develop a sense of humor and realize if he’s so blindly obvious perhaps:
a) You can take it less personally and see it for what he is, defusing, asking yourself,” how miserable his life must be to be this insecure and unaware,” etc.. Remind yourself that only “hurt people hurt people,” and while compassion is tough when you get burned, you don’t want to be so angry that it’s like taking poison (anger) and thinking it’ll kill the other.
b) It’s likely that others see him for the blindly obvious behavior and often power pedestals are shaky to stand on. Maybe others will see him for what he is, and he may topple. Take solace in that.
c) Focus on building your own positive buzz and reputation (self-promo, network with seniors).
d) Don’t give the benefit of the doubt to the junior brown-noser since she’s getting all the benefit and you’re getting all the doubt! Protect yourself by having more private agenda, keeping your friends close but your enemies closer by not revealing what she will simply pass on.
Sometimes when someone is this blatantly political, punitive, and controlling, they are symptoms of a tyrant running a “private power pocket,” sometimes called a “closed shop.” This means he may have some hidden naked self-interest he is hiding and over-controls his department because he wants to maintain control, hoard information or resources, conceal illegal or quasi-legal behavior, or perpetuate some unethical ends.
Other clues are absence of open communication flow in and out of the team, little disagreement allowed, whistle-blowers being punished in the past (so be careful), and an environment of people’s living in fear — do we allow this demigod to keep hurting the company or blow the whistle, yet we might be risking revenge. As you ponder whether it’s safe to tell appropriate people, please consider the risks and rewards carefully, including the fact that whenever a private power pocket exists, it usually means that the layer of management above it has a huge political blind spot, or is privy to the power pocket and lending tacit endorsement. In some companies, they are even accomplices. We’re not suggesting this is happening, just that it’s a possibility. Finally, regarding feeling trapped, you ALWAYS have choice, first over your attitude.
Best wishes and stay savvy! Thanks for writing to Office-Politics.
Regards,

Mom told me once, "If you are patient in one moment of anger, you will escape a hundred days of sorrow.” So i guess, i just have to BE PATIENT and PRAY HARD... the world is broad and wide.

In The Mood: Riding The Energy Bus
I always love non-fiction fables - Who Moved My Cheese, Our Iceberg Is Melting, The One Minute Manager and recent catch, The Energy Bus. It is just easy-to-understand and entertaining but still communicates confident principles.
It is my turn to do the Knowledge Sharing this morning and it was really at moment's notice. Having less than 24 hours, piles of work on the ‘IN TRAY’, bad sore throat plus coughing and with so many negative energy crippling the office, I’ll just have to settle with whatever is there on the shelf. (Borrowed few books from the library hoping that I could have a page marathon at night and have something fresh to be shared with the rest… haha, it’s a shattered dream.)
The Energy Bus is written like a fairy tale business. The big header on the bright yellow cover “10 Rules to Fuel Your Life, Work, and Team with Positive Energy” is convincing enough. (It’s sending a subtle message that I need more energy?) And I'm glad I got my nose stuck to it on one beautiful Sunday. If all 10 rules have been put clearly in the content, I would have said: "Yes, I already know that…" and put it a skip. But reading of the first few chapters and the first rule revealed on the 7th chapter has left me with zeal to complete the whole book in a day. (“Hey this book is so me!”).
Jon Gordon, reveals "10 secrets" for the ride of our life:
- Rule 1: "You are the Driver of Your Bus." - This is the most important rule: Take responsibility for your life. Take control. Don't subject yourself to whimsy of others. It's your bus and you are the driver and you choose where you are going and the kind of ride it's going to be.
- Rule 2: "Desire, Vision, and Focus Move Your Bus in the Right Direction" - Create your vision for your life by determining where you desire your bus to go. Then turn you vision into reality by focusing your thoughts on that vision.
- Rule 3: "Fuel Your Ride with Positive Energy" - A formula for life: Having a positive energy with allow you to experience a more positive life.
- Rule 4: "Invite People on Your Bus and Share Your Vision for the Road Ahead."- The more people who join your bus the more positive energy you will have to fuel it. Share your vision and ask the people in your life to get on board.
- Rule 5: "Don't Waste Your Energy on Those Who Don't Get on Your Bus." - Not everyone is going to want to get on your bus and you shouldn't worry or try to force them on. This will only drain your energy.
- Rule 6: "Post a Sign That Says No Energy Vampires Allowed on Your Bus." - Don't include negative people on your bus. Be strong enough to kick them off.
- Rule 7: "Enthusiasm Attracts More Passengers and Energizes Them During the Ride." - Enthusiasm and positive thinking is contagious. Show enthusiasm for life and give your full heart to it. Become a "Chief Energy Officer," someone who shares positive energy and "communicates from the heart.”
- Rule 8: "Love your Passengers" - Genuinely love and care for the people in your life this will inspire loyalty; it will keep them on your bus.
- Rule 9: "Drive with Purpose" - Giving purpose to our lives will keep life fresh and inspire us.
- Rule 10: "Have Fun and Enjoy the Ride" - Live your life and enjoy every moment. Don't stress about little things and don't dwell on regrets.
There have been numerous readings that I have done on life, positive energy and success, and the secret to overcome negativity and create success: TO HAVE FUN.
It has been a really bumpy road at work, but I know I will get there to the destination that i have chosen... with God wills.
"Positive energy," Gordon writes, "is like muscle. The more you use it the stronger it becomes. "
And I know, I am the one responsible in achieving it.
Remember, you have only one ride through life so give it all you got and enjoy the ride!

Yes, you can call me crazy...
As how Apple is putting it, "Classic, contemporary chic with plenty of protection."
You strike my mind and eyes MK iPad cover! But of course, I will take the iPad inside, too. :)
Just like having my favorite Tea-Off donuts from the Big Apple, exploring the melodic realm of indulgence when donuts collide with green tea. Awesome.

Home

If you would come back
We may perhaps begin it wonderfully again
If you would come back
It would be better, love regain
If you would come back home
We will be flying to the moon in the pink jet plane.
Call the carpenter.
Patch up the pieces.
And I will cook your favorite French Toast
Or make you coffee.
…if you.
Starbucks made me write.

Dreams
I also understand without tough times, happy times wouldn’t be real.
I’m mature enough to recognize that, and wise enough to do my best to accept it. Although at times it gets the best of me, put a damper on me, and honestly worries me.
Lately I’ve had more than one situation that is hard to process, and the fate of tomorrow is vague. I have changes to arrive in my own life, and it’s a path I’ve not yet traveled.
But I do have dream. Wish for the future. It’s the strength in me that will keep on glittering even in the most flimsy and taxing times of life.
And with that, I’m able to take a deep breath and continue on.
We all have our own life to pursue, our own kind of dream. And we all have some power to make wishes come true, as long as we keep believing. It is the law of attraction.
We should never negotiate our dreams. We should never agree to surrender our dreams. No person has the right to rain on our dreams.
But what we should always remember, family is where we find hope, where wings take dream.
One step at a time.

Another Cruel Pneumonia?
King,
I'm really sorry for your situation right now. I’m praying that you’ll get better soon. If only I can send a Care Package to you… But I guess, by the time you received the UPS parcel, you are fully recovered. Just hope you will get back in the swing of things real soon. Take care!
Been reading a lot on Pneumonia of late. It is attacking the circle of my close people. And i'm wondering why.
As what King has called me-The Pneumonia Master, i guess i'm just qualified to be awarded the Master in Pnuemonia from the University of Lalaland.
Well, there are 3 kinds of pneumonia - viral, fungal, and bacterial. With treatment, most types of bacterial pneumonia can be cured within 1 to 2 weeks. Viral pneumonia may last longer, and mycoplasmal pneumonia may take 4 to 6 weeks to resolve completely.
Wow. That long? (Heel fast King! I bet Wharton Uni just isn’t the same without you.)
There are several ways to prevent pneumonia. Appropriately treating underlying illnesses (such as flu and coughing) can decrease a person's risk of pneumonia. Smoking cessation is important as it helps to limit lung damage and because the smoke interferes with many of the body's natural defenses against pneumonia.
For the treatment, all a person need is to get plenty of rest. We just have to stay well hydrated by drinking lots of plain water and 7up (and i read somewhere that chicken soup is good too!). Coughing out any phlegm and breath deeply from time to time is really important. So even though we are under the par, we can't just be a couch potato. Breathing exercise helps a lot.
There are fairly a number of home remedies for pneumonia and one of it is by using the garlic. It is considered as a marvelous treatment for those who are suffering from pneumonia. Aside from its ability to bring down the body heat, it can also tone down respiration and pulse in just 48 hours. Or we may as well opt for the garlic paste and apply it on the chest to make us feel warm.
Impressive? Ok, I'm a good Googler.
I guess i have to own a stethoscope soon.
Lets get fit.

The loss is still very fresh and raw for us to deal with. The death of someone we care about is always difficult especially if the death is sudden and untimely. It's simply devastating to have to go through and i know you're not fully done grieving at this point, it's been less than a week since passing.
But when i think back, i bet he would want us to celebrate his life, not mourn his death forever. He would want us to be happy, not be sad all the time. His spirit still lives on in our heart and in our memories and NO ONE can ever take that away from us ever. Take comfort in knowing that.

And on your 29th birthday,
Looking forward to many more years of fun and friendship and many more of your birthdays...
xoxo,
yanna

R.I.P: A Memory Lasts Forever.
The phone call. My emotion changed and tears dropped. The angel closes his eyes into an eternal sleep.
4 days has passed without him by my side.
As I write these words I think about all the memories. You were always so strong! We were together through all the ups and downs. We stick together when we were happy or sad and you protected me from hurt and disgrace. I’m so grateful.
As childhood friends, eternally brother-sister I thought we'd be, but something struck and now you left.
Emptiness saddens me every day and night. It hurts me so badly and every morning I woke up and wish you could come back or maybe it is just a bad dream.
A piece of my life is what I now lack, dearest best friend, I miss you so much.
I’ll remember the last good bye. There were tears flooding in every eye.
You'll be in our heart and you'll never go, I'll love you forever Alif, I just hope you know.

For some life lasts a short while, but the memories it holds last forever. Al-Fatihah to Alif Abu Bakar Wahab,

Love isn’t love if you’re not willing to sacrifice something for it. It may be as big as giving up all of those you own like job and wealth in exchange for a simple life with the one that you love, or something as small as giving 5 minutes of your time even if you’re very busy just to talk to your special someone.
Love is a journey that two people go through, and in each journey there are difficulties and risks that require sacrifices...
Only a life lived for others is worth living.
